Church endorsement, an identifiable Catholic population, safeguarding compliance and prior-grant reporting are required. The application form requires organisations not specifically recognised as Catholic to supply written support from an active priest in the Archdiocese. Individuals, endowments, debt reduction and annual fundraising drives/events are excluded.
